Seafarer MLC Complaints

We aim to ensure the best possible condition of employment to all our seafarers. But if you have complaints alleging breaches of the requirements of the MLC 2006, you can address it to our MLC Designated Representative Ashore (MLC DRA).

The easiest way to make a complaint is by completing this form and:

• If you wish to return the form by email, save the form locally, complete it and send (as attachment) to:

You can normally expect an acknowledgment and a full response to your complaint within 10 working days but sometimes a full response can take a little longer.
